The Platform provides educational study materials including authored confusion pairs, clinical questions, flashcards, notes, and guided Learn paths. The content is intended for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical training, licensed clinical practice, or comprehensive board review.

All confusion pairs, clinical questions, flashcards, notes, and other educational resources on the Platform are original works created and maintained by Nusrat Wali Ventures LLC, drawing on common high-yield topics referenced across the USMLE Step 1 curriculum. We do not claim ownership of any third-party textbooks or copyrighted materials; original textbook rights belong to their respective copyright holders. Users are encouraged to study from primary reference materials in addition to this Platform.
2. Use of the Platform
By using the Platform, you agree to the following:
- You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any confusion pair, question, flashcard, note, or Learn step without our express written permission.
- You may not share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account.

Current Free Services
Core access to USMLE Step 1 confusion pairs, the repair workflow, basic flashcards, and the weak-system dashboard is currently provided free of charge to registered users.
Premium Services
Certain features may require a premium subscription in the future, which may include:

- Advanced spaced-repetition scheduling
- Step 2 and Step 3 content tracks
- Video walkthroughs and case-based modules
- Coaching, study planning, and analytics features
Payment Terms
